About Kickstart

The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to create new jobs for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment. 

Generation Success has teamed up with 35 employers across the UK to create over 124 paid jobs (minimum at living wage or higher) aimed at 16 -24 years that are currently on universal credit. 

We are recruiting for a wide range of roles and disciplines including:

You do not need a qualification or past experience. All you need is a desire to seize the opportunity.

What do you get:
As well as paid employment, successful applicants will undertake formal training to develop skills and knowledge, as well as professional experience. Additionally, you will receive 1:1 mentoring to progress your professional development and provide employment support throughout your placement.

The Application Process

  • ​Step 2: We will guide you on how to register with your local Jobcentre Plus. You will receive an email with clear instructions as to what to do next.
  • ​Step 3: Once you are registered and have requested a referral from your Job Coach, we will schedule an interview.
  • ​Step 4: If successful, you will be offered the role, and you will kickstart your career!
