Generation Success has partnered with AlixPartners to bring you an exciting 8-week paid, full-time summer internship opportunity!

We’re looking for 2023 Graduates to join the Turnaround & Restructuring Services (TRS) team.
The internship programme is designed to help you develop some basic core consulting capabilities while providing exposure to a range of financial restructuring projects. You will be involved in high impact and business critical work and will work side by side with Directors and Managing Directors, providing you with top level insight and client interaction.

:: A dedicated GS programme manager to support you at every stage of the application process
:: Speed mentoring session before the final interview 
:: Pre and post-internship training and development sessions 
:: Your own mentor to support you during the onboarding phase
:: On completion of the internship programme, interns will be invited to all future Generation Success events and workshops
:: Candidates who are not approved in the programme will be fast tracked to apply for similar opportunities

About YOU!

:: Penultimate year students expecting a minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree from any discipline. 
:: Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of emotional intelligence. 
:: Demonstrated leadership and/or interest in extracurricular activities outside of your degree such as voluntary work, sports, travel, music.. 
:: Analytical and problem-solving skills. 
:: Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
::Business-level fluency in English. Additional languages are desirable.
